Changing Printers on a Print Screen

When RFMS allows a printer to be selected on a Print screen, then that field will be sticky.

For example, on the Printing Purchase Order screen, when the printer is changed to Adobe PDF, it will remain Adobe PDF until it is changed again.

If there is no way to select a printer on the print screen, then the default printer is the only option.
