How to Allow Access to Cyncly Pay and My-Flooring-Link for a Core User

Cyncly Pay credit card integration and My Flooring Link activation within Order Entry requires permission.

1. Open the Utilities menu
2. Select System Options
3. Select Users
4. Highlight the user you wan to adjust settings for
5. Choose to edit the user by double-clicking their name or clicking the edit button while the username is highlighted
6. Choose Cyncly pay from the listed options
7. Check "Allow Cross Payment"
   

    Note: Allow Cross Payment is checked by our trainers during implementation. This will allow payments from other stores (in the same database) to be processed regardless of physical location payment is originating from.

8. Click OK to save these changes
9. Go to RFMS Online Services (admin.rfms.online)
10. Select the RFMS Online
11. Sync Store
