We're happy that you are interested in signing up for Cyncly Pay. Please use this article to help you through the sign up and answer any question you might have during the process. Of course you can always contact our support department by emailing help@rfms.com or call (888) 215-8665 if you need help.
After completing the information request form you will be contacted by your CSM who will give you detailed information about Cyncly Pay. You will also be asked a few question about your business. Once you're ready to begin the onboarding process they will select a date to meet with you and get your company set up with Cyncly Pay.
After you have a date set for Cyncly Pay implementation and training please follow the steps below to create your Cyncly Pay account.
- Go to https://pay.cyncly.com/
- Select the option to Access with Cyncly
- If you do not already have an account choose Sign up Now
- Enter your email address and complete the verification steps
- After your email address has been verified, enter your full name, country, and a password. Then, select Create.
- You will be taken back to the access page. Choose Access with Cyncly
- Enter your main bank account information then select Continue
Tip: This should be the account that you want Cyncly Pay payouts to come to.
- Fill out info about your business. Type of business, and business structure will be entered first. Legal business name, EIN, doing business as name [optional], industry, and business website or product description)
- Verify your personal details as the representative of the business. (Legal name, email address, date of birth, home address [should be physical mailing address], phone number, last 4 of SSN
Note: Additional steps may be required to verify your identity. A picture ID can be submitted.
- Once everything is verified select Agree and Submit
- Page about integration (ignore, your implementation specialist will go over this during your meeting)

Adding More than One Owner
Depending on your business structure you may wish to add more than one owner. This can be done from the "review and submit" screen. Next to Management and Ownership there will be the option to "Add an owner.
Business website or Product Description
When prompted to provide your business website, you can choose to enter a product description instead.
