How to Prepare for Your Cyncly Pay Implementation and Training

Once you've signed up for Cyncly Pay one of our Implementation Specialists will be in contact with you right away.

Please note: At the conclusion of this meeting Cyncly Pay will be activated for your company and will replace your current payment system within RFMS.

How do I prepare for implementation and training?

In order to implement and train your team on Cyncly Pay please prepare/review the following:

  • Must be on RFMS Version 23.0.1+
  • Access to RFMS Level 1 Password Passwords – RFMS Help Desk (zendesk.com)
  • Make sure all required participants have been invited and are available for the meeting. If you have questions about who should attend please inquire with your implementation sepecialist.
  • Be sure that you have access to RFMS Online Services (ROS) and that you have "super admin" or "admin" privileges.

What is RFMS Online Services? It is a web portal for RFMS user management as well as settings that span your RFMS suite of products.

How do I access RFMS Online Services? Your ability to access the web portal depends on your user role. For more information please see the articles under the section Users in the RFMS Online Services Help area. If you know your user role has access to ROS, use the address https://admin.rfms.online/ and sign in with your email address and password.

How do I know if I'm an administrator or not? Login to any of our mobile apps, from the navigation menu click on your user profile. Beneath your name it will list what your role is.

How do I know if I'm a super admin? When you login to RFMS Online Services an additional tile will appear labeled Card Transactions. If you don't have this, your implementation specialist can help you.

  • Have your login credentials for the Cyncly Pay web portal https://pay.cyncly.com/
  • An order that can be used to practice taking a payment with Cyncly Pay
  • A credit card to verify the implementation (The transaction will be voided.)
  • Credit card terminal(s). They should be powered on, connected to WiFi, ready to update.
