How To: Change Customer from Prospect to Customer

Go To Main Navigator and click on Commercial Project Management.
Click on Prospects/Customers
Click on the Filters -Prospects ( so that it only shows you prospect records)
Highlight your record and click on the Edit Icon ( Pencil and Paper)
Screen comes up and at the top you have Switch To Customer button , click on that.
Message will come up Switching this Prospect to a customer will allow orders to be created in Order Entry. Continue ? answer Yes.
Click on Save at the top and your done.
