Select the Find button
that is located on the far right of the Browse the Customer File screen. Choose options to create a specific list of customers.

Name/Business (Sold to or Ship to)
Enter all or part of the name or business name. Use % before and after a value to search for that value in where in the field.
Address fields (Sold to or Ship to)
Enter all or part of the information. Use % before and after a value to search for that value in where in the field.
Stores
Select one, all or as many stores as needed for this list. To select all, click the Tag All button. To unselect all click the Untag All button. To select individual Customer Types, right click on the appropriate choice.
Store Type
Select the appropriate store type between Main, Branch and Standalone. The names for these are set in Utilities>System Options>System Wide>Buying Groups>Customer Relationships.
Zip Code Begin/End (Sold to or Ship to)
Enter the appropriate beginning and ending zip code for the list.
Telephone #1-#5
Enter digits from phone numbers in the Telephone #1-#5 to search by area code or other parts of the phone number.
Enter the full email address or starting parts to search by email. This field would benefit from using the Fuzzy Search.
Contacts
From the information entered on the Additional Information tab of the customer record.
Sales Rep
This field allows listing by all Sales People or selecting the appropriate salesperson for this particular list. Click the down arrow to select the proper salesperson.
Owner Group and Main Group

If the Store Type is set to something other than “All”, both the Owner and Main Groups will be disabled.
Owner Group
From the information entered on Additional Information tab of the customer record.
- Pressing the down arrow on the Owner Group displays an alphabetical listing of all Customer records that are claimed as an owner by other Customer records. or
- Use the arrow next to the field to copy the owner of the highlighted record on the browse list.
- Selecting a particular Owner and then pressing [OK] will display the Owner and Owned stores in the customer browse list.
Member Group
Search for the main and the main and all the branches will be listed.
- Pressing the down arrow on the Main Group displays an alphabetical listing of all Customer records that are claimed as a Main by other Customer records. or
- Use the arrow next to the field to copy the Main of the highlighted record on the browse list.
- Selecting a particular Main and then pressing [OK] will display the Main and Branch records in the customer browse list.
Date Entered Begin/End
Select the appropriate Beginning and Ending Date Entered by clicking on the F8 button located to the right of this field.
Active Since Begin/End
Select the appropriate Beginning and Ending Active Since dates by clicking on the F8 button located to the right of this field.
Renewal Date Begin/End
Select the appropriate Beginning and Ending Renewal Dates by clicking on the F8 button located to the right of this field.
Last Purchase Date Begin/End
Select the appropriate Beginning and Ending Last Purchase Dates (job costed orders) by clicking on the F8 button located to the right of this field.
Include Inactive
Check this box to include customers marked inactive.
Mailing Customers Only
Select this option to allow only customers with the "Mailings Allowed" field checked (on the Additional Information tab of the Customer Record).
Include CM Prospects
Clicking this box will allow prospects from the Client Management Module be included in the list and will be marked with a “P”. This means a quote / order or bid from BidPro can be entered for them without having to convert them into a customer.
