Sales Reports User Guide

The Sales Reports module is a powerhouse tool that may be used to monitor, analyze and manage every business aspect.

  • The stores available for reporting will be the same as the stores selected in Utilities>System options>Order Entry>Inventory>Inventory Stores Visible to User For example if a workstation can only enter orders for Stores 100,300 and 500, those will be the only stores available to choose from under Sales Reports.
  • Inactive Sales Representatives do not show in pick list for reporting. If all Sales Representatives are tagged and there is data for INACTIVE representatives in the period, then the data will print.
  • When selecting a customer name, F8 to access the customer list. There is now a tab for business name for sorting and searching. If the export option is set to customer on the customer record, that is what will be exported here also. If nothing comes into the field when selecting a customer the export business name is probably checked with no business name listed on the customer record.
