Sending HR Stubs or Provider Remittances by Email

This is intended for use with Direct Deposit ONLY.

Note:

When emailing Pay Stubs, RFMS does not recommend using Local Outlook in the Email Configuration. Instead, Mass Email should be configured to use the options SMTP, GMail, or Office 365. Follow this link for information about Email Configuration in RFMS.

An email field has been added to the worker information screen. HR Stubs and Provider Remittances can now be sent via email. . To set this up, fill in the email address in the worker information and then check the Email Stub box.

The purpose of the "Email Pay Stub" feature is to email stubs to employees who are set up as direct deposit. If you have some employees receiving physical checks and some employees doing direct deposit, you should run two separate payrolls.
