Wisconsin Submitting w-2 Electronically

The State of Wisconsin now requires electronic submission of W-2 forms for companies with 50 or greater employees.

When going to the electronic reporting section the system will automatically detect WI. And this will be added in the state tax field. Click process and the Wisconsin information is included in the W-2 transmission file. Submit this file as per the instruction of the Wisconsin State tax office.
