- Download the Microsoft Word Merge document and the Data Field documents from Word Merge Files. These documents can be redownloaded at any time if you accidentally save your changes over the template.
- Rename the documents (.docx files) and save in a directory that can be accessed by all users who will need to print the documents.
- Open the downloaded Merge basic document and click enable editing.
- Choose Yes when the following message appears.

- Choose Find the Data Source on the next message.

- Browse to find the DataFields.csv file download in Step 1. As long as the DataField.csv file is not moved, this step will only need to be done the first time.
- If needed edit the words sales tax to GST/HST or applicable wording.
