Important Notes

• Do not edit the DataFields.csv files.
• If a data field does not exist in the csv file, a warning will display and allow the field to be switched to an existing data field.
• Line will automatically wrap and grow if needed.
• Do not check Allow row to break across pages in Microsoft Word. This will cause the columns to change sizes.  Make sure that Repeat as header row at the top of each page is checked so that the column headings are on each page.

• If the system option GST Included in Price is used, then the basic wording “Sales Tax” can be changed to “GST Included” or the title and field can be removed completely.

Troubleshooting

Microsoft Word is not a default program

Set Microsoft Word as the default viewing program.

Header and Footer are not displaying correctly.

Go to Word>File>Options>Display

Make sure Show white space between pages in Print Layout view is checked.

Find Data Source

The message keeps popping up over and over even if the valid csv file has been selected.  To correct this, go to Properties/General Tab and check the Unblock for Security box on both of the prototype files.
