24.1 Update Files for Product Sync Issue

These steps are to be followed only if your RFMS database is hosted and and your company has a current subscription with RFMS.

This article contains the steps and update files for users experiencing product data syncing issues between RFMS Mobile/Measure Mobile and RFMS Online Services after updating to RFMS 24.1.

Please have your IT person follow the steps outlined below.

  Note: Confirm that all users have logged out of RFMS before updating.

  1. Stop the data service (depending on your version of RFMS, the service may be named RFMSDataEndpoint instead of MeasureOrderEntry)
    1. From the server, go to Start, and type Services
    2. Locate RFMSDataEnpoint or MeasureOrderEntry. Right click the service and select Stop.
  2. Replace the files RFMSDataEndpoint.exe, MeasureOrderEntryService.exe, InternalHooks.dll, Microsoft.Identity.Abstractions.dll, Rfms.Model.dll in the RFMS program file directory with the ones downloaded from this article. The files are located bottom of this page.
  3. Restart the data service following the steps from the article Restarting the Service.
  4. Finally, login to admin.rfms.online and manually refresh the product cache.
    1. Select the RFMS Online tile
    2. Select Refresh Now under Product Cache Refresh

  Note: You may need admin privileges to download the files in this article.
