In Order Entry, on the Original Order screen, there is a tab located at the bottom of the screen called, Additional Info. The option list for selections is created in Order Entry>Utilities>Set Up.
They are available for reporting through the Materials Analysis report as a .csv file, the Quotes/Orders profit report, the job cost analysis report and the sales information report. Within this tab are several new fields that collect marketing information about a particular order. Define the prompts for those fields here. These can be defined as required Under Utilities>System Options>Order Entry>Order Entry
