The name for this section is set up in the Service Type Prompt System Option.

Order Entry>Utilities>Set Up>UD Service Offering

Examples of what to enter on the Service Offering Screen include glue down, rip up or any other installation services you may provide.

From this screen you can 

insert.gif  Insert a new Service Offering

Edit.gif  Edit a Service Offering

DELete.gif  Delete a Service Offering
