In each module under File, Print Setup is listed.
From this screen, using the drop-down arrow, select the default printer for the program.
This is per workstation.
The Properties button allows the user make selections on the Layout or Paper/Quality tabs.
Paper Size and Paper Source may both be selected using the down arrow to show the drop-down menu.
Orientation radio buttons are portrait or landscape. Select the one that all printings should default to each time.
The Network button allows you to select a printer from the Network.
Once all settings are set, click OK to save and exit.
Cancel will exit the screen without saving any changes.
