Product Driven Order Entry - Criteria for checking Available Inventory

This process will check the available inventory from the Roll or Item Inventory categories.  If there is a corresponding Inventory, Roll or Item, a browse box will appear displaying the Available Inventory.   

Below are the criteria used to match to Inventory.

Criteria for matching Roll Inventory
•    Line Style = Roll Style
•    Line Color = Roll Color
•    Inventory Store must be allowable to the user
•    Line Length <= Roll Available
•    Display "On Order" Inventory parameter setting will filter out if set to "Yes"

Criteria for matching Item Inventory
•    Line Product Code = Item Product Code
•    Line Item Name = Item Name
•    Line Color = Item Color
•    Inventory Store must be allowable to the user
•    Line Quantity <= Item Available
•    Display "On Order" Inventory parameter setting will filter out if set to "Yes"
