Quotes can be duplicated or linked to other quotes to manage multiple versions for the same customer or job. These options help organize revisions, alternates, or related project proposals under a single record structure.
The Copy Quote function creates a duplicate of an existing quote. This is useful when preparing alternate proposals or variations of the same job.
To copy a quote:

- Retain the same customer, job, and line item details as the original.
- Function as an independent quote that can be edited, printed, or exported separately.
