Products in Order Entry Toolbar

The Tool Bar (Not all buttons are available for all product screens)

	Help
	View Selling Prices - Displays the selling prices as entered on the Product record.
	Notes - Add, edit or delete notes for the highlighted record.
	Allows information to be viewed about the available warranty on the product.  When a note is present, the red "W" changes to blue.
	Samples - This button displays a listing of the sample types carried in the showroom for the highlighted roll product.
	Allows clients to do a stock check directly with the mills
	Products URL: click this button for a link to the supplier’s website showing an image of the product.
	View Attachment - If there are attachments for this style and color, click the attachment button to view those files.  Be sure to click the COLOR name on the right side of the screen to see if attachments are available for this style name. Click the Insert button to add a file.
	Find
	Send an RFMS mail message or email regarding the highlighted record.

View Selling Prices 

If the formula feature is used in RFMS Products to calculate selling prices for products, those prices can be displayed in Order Entry.  Several prices or formulas may be entered for each product in the RFMS Products module.  If no prices or formulas are entered, zeros will be displayed.  Indicate which of the prices should be displayed through Utilities>System Options>Order Entry>Products>Price Levels to Display.
