This report prints a listing of Inventory needed based on reorder levels and quantity entered into the RFMS Product file.

This report lists the inventory and is more detailed.

This report is not designed for use with Store Specific.

Stores

Choose one or more store or all stores by tagging.  Selecting combined will total all chosen stores together.

Product Code 

print a single product code, all product codes or a combination of many.  Click the Tag All button to select all, or single click individual product codes.

Print Options 

Choose one or more of the following print options.

Print Preview 

Allows previewing report before printing.

Print Greenbar

This option will print highlighted sections on every other line of the report for easier reading.

Output to CSV

Defaults to saving as the displayed name and to the RFMS directory, but typing in a path and name is allowed. If available click the ellipses button to choose a location.

Include All Products with Reorder Levels

Checking this box will include all products with reorder levels even if they are no inventory records.  The top circled product is an example of this.

Include Zero Available Inventory

Use this option if it is known that quantities never get to zero before needed ordering. In other words if something is at zero quantity, that is because it is no longer needed.

If the Quantity available is below the reorder level in products the line color is set to red to alert the user to take action.

1.  Needed Inventory-Supplier, Style/Item on the Inventory record must match the pricing record exactly to print this report

2.  Re-Order Level-The level entered on the pricing reocrd

3.  Re-order Quantity - The quantity entered on the pricing record
