PRINTS ON LEGAL SIZE PAPER (8 1/2 x 14)

This selection prints roll history apart from clearing inventory.  A variety of sort orders and framing parameters, including transaction types (i.e. jobcosted, adjustments) and adjustment types (i.e. scrap, shortage, transfer) allows printing all or a selected group of history records. 

Stores

Choose one or more store or all stores by tagging.  Selecting combined will total all chosen stores together.

Filter by Roll Numbers

Select this option and enter the Roll Number From/To to include in this report.

Filter by Delivery Date

Select this option and enter the Delivery Date From/To to include in this report.

Filter by Roll Details

Select this option and enter the Manufacturer, Style or Color to include in this report.

Filter by Transaction Type

Select this option and enter the Transaction Type or Adjustment Type to include in this report.

Sort Options

This option allows sorting this report by Roll Number, Style/Color Number or Manufacturer/Style/Color.   Select the appropriate option for this particular report.

PC

Select the Product Code to print on the report.  Tag ALL or Tagging individually are allowed.

Print Options

Print Preview

Select to view the report on the screen before printing.

Remove In and Out Lines

Checking this box will take out any rolls/items that have assigned and then unassigned.

Output to CSV 

 The file name and location can be user designated. The output to file option could include fields not included on the printed report due to space constraints.
