CG Numbers in a new year

The first digit of the CG number is the last digit of the Year.  (e.g. the current year is 2018 so the CG is CG804433)

If there are invoices in the system from the previous decade (e.g. the current year is 2018 and there are CGs in the system from 2008), the system will start the current year numbering sequence with the next available CG number (e.g. the last 2008 CG was CG804432, the first 2018 CG will be CG804433).
