Express Checkout allows printing all applicable customer documents and possibly job costing in one quick step. It is possible to specify a different printer for each document. For example, print the Invoice at front desk workstation, then print the Picking Ticket to the warehouse where the customer will pick up the material, then print the job cost sheet to the accounting desk.
This is useful for Cash and Carry sales with no labor, and also for use in the warehouse for supplies.

Express Checkout produces the following documents:
Invoice/Acknowledgement
An invoice can be printed from the Express Checkout screen if the following conditions exist:
All lines are in a Cut or Delivered Status
The order is paid in full (or the 'Job cost without Full Payment' switch is set on)
All inventories is costed (or the 'Job cost 'Not Costed' Inventory' switch is set on)
If the 'Integrate Provider's Earnings' switch is set on but there are NO service lines on the order.
If the job meets the criteria above for job costing, choosing to print an Acknowledgment will not job cost the job.
If any of the above conditions are false, only an acknowledgment can be printed as Express Checkout is designed for a true Point of Sale environment.

It it is possible just to print a copy of a customer order without changing the line status from cut to delivered or job costing the order.
