Welcome to RFMS Next

RFMS Next is the next generation of the RFMS ERP software. RFMS Next is a web-based application that is tied to your existing RFMS database. As we gradually roll out new features with regular updates we know you will see how the simplicity and adaptability of Next means greater ease of use and more flexibility for your company. It is our hope that, as you make use of RFMS Next and RFMS Core side by side, with each update to Next that your company feels increasingly comfortable with this forward focused transition.

How do I get RFMS Next?

If you already have purchased a subscription to RFMS, you may request access by filling out the following form: RFMS NEXT Access Request. The RFMS Business office will make the needed changes to your account to allow access and will reply to you once access has been granted. 

If you have not yet purchased a subscription to RFMS but are interested in using RFMS NEXT, please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information. 

Do I need RFMS Core to use RFMS Next?

Yes, you must be a current subscriber to the RFMS ERP software suite.

For best results, your company should also be an RFMS Hosted customer to ensure that you are always on the latest version of RFMS.

How does licensing for RFMS Next work?

RFMS Next is sold as a subscription on a per user basis. You will be provided with all of the details when you speak with the business office and they look at the information for your individual company.
