How to: Set up Financial Budget in General Ledger

From Accounting

Go to File, General Ledger, Budgets

Budgeting is located in the Accounting module

Budgets
Opens the dialogue for development of budget details.

Add/Edit Budget Sheets
Opens the dialogue to create multiple budget structures.

The Budget subroutine allows more than one budget at a time.

Insert
Opens the dialog to create a new budget sheet.

Change
Various options can be changed with regard to the budget sheet

Delete
Permanently deletes the selected budget.

Set As Default
If there are multiple budget sheets defined, one will need to be selected as the default budget. The default can be changed at any time.
