How to Use the Reopen Journal Utility

Accounting>Utilities>G/L Utilities>Re-Open Journal

The following dialog will appear.

Clicking OK will roll the Journal back by one-month, allowing you to make journal entries.

    I need an access code to re-open the journal
    069-4/2/14
    Currently its closed for Jan & Feb I need to go back and re-open Jan & Feb. Will I need to access codes or just one?
