Error: Check date error

** IMPORTANT ** It is critical you do not delete bank transactions, please contact RFMS for assistance.

Problem:

An entry in the bank register has a date after the month needed to post a check for. Example: Last entry in the bank is a bank charge for December 1,2017. Trying to post a check for November 29, 2017. System will not allow this.

Solution:

Reverse the entry in the bank that has the later date, using that same date. Delete these entries via Fix Bank Transaction.

This reversal will wash in the journal, deleting them will allow you to post in the previous month or current month, if the latter posting was done in a future date.
