Opens the highlighted record for modification.

Manual
Manual entry takes a total amount and forces the amount to be allocated in total, but not equally over the periods.

Quick
Divides the amount to be budgeted by twelve and inserts into the record.

Percent
Allows the entry of a percentage in the individual months rather than dollar amounts.

Ad Hoc
Allows individual dollar amounts to be entered into the monthly records without reconciling to an individual amount.

Tie To Another Code
Allows defining this budget amount as a percentage of the total of another account code.

Clear All
Resets the month allocations.

Months
Displays the individual dollar amounts per month.
