Insert
Adds a new account in the current budget sheet.

Tagging
The tagging functions allows multiple records to be selected for percentage changes.

Percentage Increase / Decrease
The tag option allows the tagging of specific accounts in order to change the budget by a percentage amount. Simply tag the account and click on the percentage increase or decrease button.

Show Budgeted Profit
While on the Main Budget screen, the total profit for your complete budget can be viewed. Listed is gross profit dollars and percentage. Income (Loss) from operations, Net profit dollars and percentage and your Income (Loss) after taxes.

Import Previous Year"s GL Data
This selection automatically imports data from the General Ledger from the previous year. The budget will research through the historical G/L up to the current G/L close date. Next, closed journal files are used. Any subsequent month that are not closed will, be budgeted with zeros. Zero budget items can be manually updated.

Print Budgets
Opens the budget printing dialog.

Budget sheet that is active for editing.
