Product has Comma in the Item Number

Error:

Cause:If the item number contains a comma, the inventory module will not change the status of the lines in order entry to cut when the material is being received.

Solution:

Edit the product record or update to current version of software

Details:Product has a comma or quotation mark in the name which is causing the receiving process to not ask if you want to cut the lines in the order and is leaving them in the reserve status.
