System Stating that Job Cost Date is Older than Inventory Date

When trying to job cost order the system states that job cost date is older than the inventory date. The invoice date on the inventory record appears to be before the job cost date.

In the example, the job costing date is 03/10/2010 and the inventory date appears to be 01/02/2010. The inventory date is actually a year in the future that ends in '10', e.g. 2110, 2210. To correct this, acquire an access code to reenter the invoice date on the inventory record.

From Inventory, go to Utilities>Fix Inventory>Fix Item or Roll Inventory, enter the access code.

Locate the correct record and re-enter the invoice date on the record.
