How do Recreated Records happen?
A recreated record occurs when a line is un-assigned from an Order and RFMS is unable to find a matching record in Inventory. Inventory will then insert the recreated record to place the material back to available stock.
Order Entry looks for an exact match to return the material and if there is not an exact match, one will be created.
Recreated records will be created as Costed.
When a record is recreated, it will get an invoice date using the system date.
The Inventory Date and Date Received will both be set to the recreation date.
