Understand Roll Inventory and Item Inventory History

Inventory-File- Roll Inventory or Item Inventory

Highlight the desired inventory record.

Click on Roll/Item History  . Activity for an inventory record will be displayed.

Now rather than just saying "sold" the transaction type equals the status on the line as it is changed i.e. "reserve, cut, delivered etc" 

Line Status = Cut  Then: Cut Date

Line Status= Delivered Then: Cut Date

Line Status= Job Costed Then: Job Cost Date

The Line Delivery Date is the date the Delivery Ticket was printed.
