  1. Begin a customer order as usual.
  2. Enter the main material for this product. In this example, a product bundle has been set up for a specific carpet called Beautiful Mocha. Select Beautiful Mocha.
  3. Enter the appropriate line quantity.
  4. Click the Bundle button and select Associated Product Groups.
  5. Select the appropriate bundle from the Bundle screen.
  6. Lines are automatically populated for the products that you have selected by choosing a product bundle. In this example, 2 lines will be populated—one for the pad, another for the tack strip.
  7. Enter the appropriate quantity for each line.
  8. If a product record was deleted that was part of an associated bundle in products, then the system will highlight the deleted line in RED so the user can fix the bundle information. The user can edit these entries and re-attach the bundle entry to another product (this may occur if a product is deleted and re-entered).
  9. If a product record was made inactive that was part of an associated bundle, the system will show the inactive line in gray so the user can ‘fix’ the bundle information. The user can edit these entries and re-attach the bundle entry to another product (this may occur if a product is deleted and re-entered).
  10. Associated product bundles in Order Entry display roll and cut costs.  A button is also available to view all pricing levels.
