Searching, Sorting, and Filtering Purchase Orders

 

From this screen search and browse purchase orders. In the Search box you can enter the Purchase Order (PO) number, store ID, supplier name, private style name, or private description. Enter your search term then press the Enter key to initiate the search.

Searching

When searching POs you can enter all or part of the supplier name, style name, or description.

Start by entering a search term into the search field.

For additional search criteria click the search options button, additional search options button.png.

Sorting and Filtering

Each column of the purchase orders browse screen has a sort and an options button.

Use the arrow, adjust , to adjust the sorting order for a column.

Click the options button, filter, to further refine sorting and filtering.

  • Sort "A" to "Z" or "Z" to "A"
  • Hide Column: Exclude current column from the browse view
  • Refine Results: add conditions to search for in a specific column
  • Advanced Sort: apply separate sorting order for the different columns
  • Manage Columns: Select which columns to include in the browse and preview views
  • Find in Results: Search current search results

Other Options on this Screen

Preview

When a single purchase order record is selected you can toggle the preview button, Preview, to view information specific for this purchase order. What is shown in the preview side panel is editable through the the options button, filter. For more information on how to do this please see the article Tour RFMS Next

View History

When a single purchase order record is selected you can click the View History button, view history button.png, to see all data for inventory transfers related to this purchase order. For more information on inventory transfers please see the article Different Types of Inventory Transfers and How they Work.

Communications Center

When a single purchase order record is selected you can select the Communications Center, communications center button.png, button to view interoffice email, contacts, remarks, attachments, and notes for this order. For more information please see the article The RFMS Next Communications Center.
