How to Download or Print Purchase Order Records

Purchase Order lists can be downloaded to a CSV file or Printed directly from RFMS Next. Choosing the Print button will print the results list exactly as seen on the screen.

  Note: Only records that are selected will be printed or downloaded.

How To:

1. Perform a search to obtain a Purchase Orders results list.
    Tip: You can save search criteria as a custom filter and quickly load it.
2. Sort and filter your result columns. These changes will be reflected in the CSV file. For more information how how to filter results please see the article Tour RFMS Next.
3. Click the Download button, , located in the toolbar at the top of the screen.
