Item Inventory Information Report

Inventory >Reports>Item Inventory Information Report

This report allows printing a detailed up to the minute report that lists all items that are currently in inventory.  The report is broken into the same fields that are located on the Item Inventory screen.

Field Explanations

Stores

Choose one or more store or all stores by tagging.  Selecting combined will total all chosen stores together. 

Product Codes

Choose which Product Codes to include on this report.

Balance

Choose to display items that are available or items that currently contain a zero balance. 

Totals

Choose whether to display totals on this report by combining stores or subtotaling by each individual store.

Date Received

Enter to and from date in the space provided. 

Sort Order

Choose between sorting by Item Number, Item Name, or Bin Location on this report. 

Report Style

Wide Report Style is the only selection.

Cost

Choose whether to display Costed items, Uncosted items or both on this report. 

Print Preview

Select to view the report on the screen before printing.
