This little tip will make it possible to view a Purchase Order without opening the order or when the order may be locked due to someone working in it.
Also, using View Lines is a great way to relieve stress on the server if all you need to do is look at an order or a purchase order.
Click the View Lines for Highlighted Order Button .
This screen displays all lines entered on the highlighted customer order.
To view the Purchase Order, click Purchase Order for Highlighted Customer Order Line button.
The Purchase Order screen will open.
The only editing you can do from these screens is in the Notes area; however if you edit a note, it will lock the order.
