Stock Purchase Order Messages - System Option

Utilities>System Options>Inventory> Inventory 

Category-Reporting

Type- Must be Global 

Click one of the four message buttons to enter a standard message that will print on purchase orders.

Type a message in the appropriate box.  

Click the Copy button to copy the message to one message type to another.  

Click OK to save.

The text will print on the purchase order.
