The main purchase order screen appears where all purchase orders are displayed in a listing.

The Display Area
The middle section of the screen is where individual purchase orders are shown.

Purchase Orders that have been canceled or satisfied are defaulted not to show on this screen.

To not view all purchase orders, click the Find button . This allows viewing a select group of purchase orders based on their status. If the Find Icon is blue  , then the find is being used.

The Detail Area
The lower section of the screen displays detailed information entered for the highlighted purchase order. This is a quick way to view detail of a purchase order without having to double-click it to fully access the record.
