Roll/Cut Comparison on Purchase Orders

This is a handy tool to have while on the telephone with the supplier. It allows for making fast purchasing decisions.

Enter a new PO or select an existing PO.

To access the Roll/Cut Comparison screen, click the F8 button next to the length field.

Click inside any of the fields to "play" around with purchase options. For example, by purchasing a roll of 102.00 at a reduced unit cost, you can end up with a fairly nice remnant for $2.00 less than if you purchased a cut of 90.37.
To accept the new purchase, click either on the Roll button or the Cut button and the new figures will be exported into the purchase order.
