Auto PO - Assigning Inventory

If inventory is in stock that might fulfill the order, this will be indicated by the Assign Inventory to a Line  icon next to the to be ordered line.

The green roll matches on Product Code, Style, Color (if System Option "Display only Default Store for Auto PO Generation' then it will also use Store) and Amt Available greater than zero.

To view and assign the inventory, click the Assign Inventory to a Line button on the toolbar and the Assign Inventory to an Order Line screen will appear.

Choose which inventory that will be used to fulfill the order.  As inventory is tagged, the Quantity Tagged Total will show the total amount.

When all needed inventory records have been tagged, click the DONE  button. The Assign Inventory screen then appears allowing editing of the quantity, price and commission percentages. If the quantity is changed, the customer order line will be changed also. The inventory can also be cut or reserved from this screen.
