This screen appears when you have not selected enough products to satisfy the Auto PO line. If that is the case, you have to decide how to handle the situation.
Over-Assign the Inventory Record
If over-assignment of inventory is allowed, keep the selections and place a negative amount available on one of the inventory records. You will be able to choose which record to over-assign on the Assigning PO Toggled Lines to Inventory.
Assign the Balance to a New PO Toggled Line
This option will create a new PO Toggled line for the difference. That way, the available amount in inventory can be reserved and only place an order for what is not in stock.
Tag another Record
This option goes back to the previous screen where tagging additional inventory records is possible.
