Special Pricing

Inventory>File>Special Pricing>Roll Pricing or Item Pricing

This option allows the ability to input a formula into RFMS and apply it to a specified inventory. Select the appropriate framing parameters to activate the special pricing feature.

This puts a selling price on an Inventory Record. If the selling price is set on the inventory record, when an order is entered in Order Entry, this selling price will automatically be pulled into the Customer Order. This can be changed by clicking on the price tab bringing up the formula from the Products module.

   

Stores
This option allows the ability to tag stores and apply special pricing to them.

Filter Option
Choose the appropriate filter options. Manufacturer, Supplier, Private Label Co, Style, Color, and Location are the field names present for this option. You may click the F8 button and search for Manufacturer and/or Supplier Information but you must manually enter information for the other four fields.

Range Filter Option – Enter the ranges for the following fields.
Roll Number From/To or Item Number From/To – Enter the number range
Physical From/To-Enter the physical size range
PO# From/To – Enter the PO # range
Gross Cost From/To – Enter the gross cost range
Id Info From/To – (Items only) Enter the range
Received Date From/To – Enter the received date range
Invoice Date From/To – Enter the invoice date range

PC
Tag the product code(s) and apply special pricing to them.

Fiber (Rolls Only)
Tag the appropriate Fiber Type(s). You may tag one, all, or as many as applicable.

Enter Formula to Calculate Special Price
Enter the formula to use to calculate special pricing.

Rounding
You may choose to use Actual Price or Rounding under this option. If you choose the rounding option, the Tenths, Hundredths, and Custom fields will become available for your use as well.
