Inserting a Order Line on a Customer Order

From the Customer Order Screen, click the Insert button  to insert a new line to the order. The adding customer order line screen will appear.

Use the Inventory, Product, Services, or Unreferenced (if allowed) to add the roll or item to the line.

If the user needs to look up the Product Code before going into Inventory or Products to search for what they want to add to the line, 00 can be typed into the Product Code field and Tab hit.  The Product Code screen will appear.  The user can then go into Inventory or Products and type PC:xx (xx is the Product code) into the RFMS Smart Search field to search by Product Code.
