Claims Aging

Accounting>File>Claims Aging

This selection prints a Claims aging report through the user-specified date, within specified parameters, on all delivered invoices with the option to define up to four aging periods.

Aging by delivery date will provide a Claims figure.

The report will list all claims that are current (up to 30 days), 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and over 90 days. Change the number of aging periods or change the period ranges for customized aging.

The report is sorted by account name and shows the telephone number, invoice number, date, claims amounts in each of the four aging periods, and the Claims total.
