To allow the abandoning of payables, obtain an unlock code from the RFMS Service Desk.

Abandoning a payable can cause inventory to be out of balance. Inventory is normally debited when the payable is processed, and credited for this inventory when the order using the inventory is jobcosted. Thus when abandoning the payable, inventory is decreased but never increased for this particular inventory.
