Browsing and Searching for Provider Records

This screen displays all Provider records entered into the Provider's Earnings file for the highlighted customer order. Provider records may also be added, edited, or delted from here.

The screen is divided into two sections.

Left Side:

Each Provider record entered for this customer order is displayed. Click on the left or right arrows to scroll. Double-click on a particular record to edit.

Right Side:

If the option  >Utilities>System Options>System Wide>General>Allow Service Lines  is set to yes, all service lines entered on this customer order will display. The system will also indicate whether the service lines on the order balance with the costs entered on the Provider records for each product code. If they equal, "Balanced" will display. If they do not balance, either go back and enter a service lines(s) or click on the Balance button. The Balance button will insert a computer-generated service line onto the order, using a total costs of all the Provider records attached to the order.

Tools:

Adds a new Provider record.

Edit.gif

Edits the highlighted Provider record.

DELete.gif

Deletes the highlighted Provider record. Unjob costed and unpaid records only.

Balance.gif

Force the lines on the customer order to balance with the costs (plus overhead if applicable) ok entered on the Provider records for each product code. Only available if the option  >Utilities>System Options>System Wide>General>Allow Service Lines is set to yes.

print.gif

Prints Provider's Earning Report.

ArrowApply.gif

Create Payable for Highlighted Provider Record - This feature allows creating a payable in the Accounts Payable module from this screen.  A payable record can only be created if the provider record is for Misc. Earnings only and is not tied to a service product code.

note.gif

Creates a note for the highlighted Provider Record.

AdjustPayStatus.gif

Places or removes a Do Not Pay status on the highlighted provider record. Use this button to remove a Do Not Pay status from a provider record after Job Costing has taken place. Use this feature to avoid Un-Job Costing the order.

MAilIcon.gif

Send RFMS Internal mail or email in reference to the highlighted record.

moveicon.gif

Move a provider record from one customer order to another one.

Columns

Date Paid is populated from the pay date entered during the Print and Post earnings routine in Order Entry.

HR Paid is the paid date from Human Resources. This is the date of the check.

HR Check is the actual check number printed from Human Resources.

Certified-If you are using Certified Payroll, this column will show you if the requirements have been met or not met.  If the requirement have been met the words MET and a green checkmark will appear in this column.  If they have not been met the words NOT MET and a green checkmark with a red slash will appear.  This all depends on what was entered in the Provider Rate Matrix.
