Click the Adjust Original and Overage Balances button.
The Adjust Transaction Totals for Original Order screen appears.

This screen displays all overages and/or change orders associated with a particular order. The right portion of the screen lists the totals for the entire transaction (original order, plus all overages and change orders). It will indicate in RED when a transaction is out of balance. The left side of the screen displays in a columnar format the charges on each order.
Double click the desired invoice number or Click the Edit button. The edit screen appears. Enter the appropriate charges and click OK to save the edit. Remember to press Ctrl-T in the Tax fields to calculate or re-calculate any taxes.

Adjust/Balancing Overages-Edit Transaction fields
Now on the Adjust Transaction Totals for Original Order screen, the Transaction Totals will appear in red if the transaction is out of balance.

Double click another invoice number. Adjust the balances (click the "B" button next to the material and service fields to automatically insert the difference). Click OK to save. The transaction should now be balanced.

When all entries are, as you want them, click the POST (checkmark) to apply the changes. If you exit this screen without POSTING, the edits are deleted and the order goes back to how it was before you came to this screen.
