File>Customer Orders>Overages button 
Highlight an existing customer order and click the Overages button located on the main toolbar. This screen displays existing overages associated with customer orders. It is also the screen used to perform various other tasks relating to overages.

Exit | Exits the Add/Browse Overages screen |

Help | Displays the on-line help system for the current screen |

Insert | Adds a new overage |

Edit | Allows changes to an overage that is attached to an un-job costed customer order |

Adjusting | Allows overage and originals to be adjusted so that they balance to the total amount of the original order |

Post Payment | Allos a payment to be posted to the highlighted order |

View Receipts | Displays a listing of all payments posted to the highlighted order. If there are no payments posted to the order, this button will not be available. |

View Notes | Displays any notes entered for the highlighted overage. You may also add a note to the order using this button. After a note has been added a small button will appear in the far-left column of this screen. |

Allows you to print various documents for the highlighted overage. Invoice (delivered jobs only), Acknowledgment (un-delivered), Receipt History, Picking Ticket, Work Order, Job cost Sheet, Billing Notice, Estimate Job cost Sheet. Some documents may not be available in this release. |
The Upper Section
The upper section displays information about the ORIGINAL customer order that is associated with the overage(s). You may have an unlimited number of overages attached to a single invoice.
The Lower Section
The lower section displays a list box that contains every overage associated with the original customer invoice. As you highlight each invoice record, specific data is displayed to the right that can give you a quick look at important overage data. Use the VCR buttons to scroll through the overage list.
