Customer Telephone- Fix Data

Order Entry>Utilities>Fix Data>Customer Telephone

This selection formats the customer telephone numbers with the default area code you designated in the Options section.  If the display format of the telephone number field is changed, run this function to be sure all existing numbers convert properly.  Only the default area code will be inserted. If the customer file contains multiple area codes do not run this routine.
